SEER Rating -- When purchasing a new system, SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) rating is an extremely important factor. SEER describes how energy efficient a Heating and Air System performs. Typically HVAC systems with higher SEER rating will cost more upfront, but will be less expensive to operate throughout the life of your system.
